    Green elves who betrayed their own kingdom of Eiellûr to the llythiiri dark elves. They were ‘rewarded’ by the llythiiri with an untamed, tangled tract of jungle on a plateau overlooking the River Talar. Surviving the horrors dwelling in the jungle reduced them to a barbaric way of life, but they took in moon and dark elves that escaped llythiiri slavery, learned to survive with the protection of Fenmarel Mestarine and began calling themsleves the Or-Tel’Quessir (“people of the woods”).(DD-111–114)
