The Wilderness of the Beastlands—also known as the House of Nature or the Happy Hunting Grounds,[1] of neutral good chaotics.[2]—is a neutral/chaotic good outer plain with three layers.

Krigala

A land of rolling plains dotted with lakes between lush forests, in an eternal late afternoon. Only a brief gentle rain every 24 hours marks the passing of time.

The realms of Krigala include:

Brux

A land of eternal dusk with the sunset and a silver moon on opposite horizons.

The realms of Brux include:

  • Al Karak Elam-Jhankhal, the domain of Aerdrie Faenya, god of the avariel.
  • The Cat Lord’s Prowl, the domain of Rexfelis, god of sapient felines; and Ferrix, goddess of weretigers.
  • Findar Endar, the domain Haela Brightaxe, dwarven goddess of luck in battle.
  • The Library of All Knowledge, domain of Deneir, god of inscribing; and Milil, god of poetry.
  • Reastweal, the domain of Puchan/Pushan, Hindu god of prosperous journeys.
  • The Seelie Court camps on Brux often, but never in the same spot twice.
  • Ursis, the realm Balador, god of werebears.

Karasuthra

A land of eternal moonlit night.

The realms of Karasuthra include:

  • The Misty Valley, domain of Kura-Okami, the Kara-Tur god of precipitation.
  • The Stormhold, domain of Stronmaus, the god of storm giants.
